Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kyle, Texas will meet at 6:30 PM on July 11, 2017, at Kyle City Hall, 100 W. Center Street, Kyle, Texas 78640, for the purpose of discussing the following agenda.

 

NOTE: There may be a quorum of the City Council of Kyle, Texas present at the meeting who may participate in the discussion. No official action will be taken by the City Council members in attendance.

A.

Consider a request by Idea Public Schools, Larkin Tackett (Idea Kyle Academy - 74,819 sf.) for a conditional use permit to allow a school as required by Chapter 53 (Zoning) Section 1047 (Authorized Conditional Uses (8) of the City of Kyle, Code of Ordinances, which states schools, public and denominational, but not day care in all districts where not otherwise specifically permitted. (CUP-17-001)

C.Consider a request by Texas Property Works, LP to repaint the exterior of an 2,535 square foot building within the Center Street Overlay District located at 607 W. Center Street. (CUP-17-003)
D.Consider a request by William R. Holms for a conditional use permit to construct 3 buildings (A, B & C) = 39,680 square feet and a future building (D) = 67,784 square feet for property within the I-35 Overlay District located at 19580 IH-35 S. (Holms Self Storage - CUP-17-004)
