Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kyle, Texas will meet at 6:30 PM on January 9, 2024, at Kyle City Hall, 100 W. Center Street, Kyle, TX 78640, for the purpose of discussing the following agenda.

 

NOTE: There may be a quorum of the City Council of Kyle, Texas present at the meeting who may participate in the discussion. No official action will be taken by the City Council members in attendance.

Consider and make a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Todd Leverett of Mayse & Associates for a conditional height exception pursuant to Sec. 53-1047(12) & Sec. 53-1048 of the City of Kyle Code of Ordinances for property located at 22497 IH-35 in Hays County, Texas (Country Inn Suites - CUP-23-0093).

  • National Planning Conference - April 13-16 in person, May 8-10 online.
