Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kyle, Texas will meet at 6:15 PM on May 23, 2023, at Kyle City Hall, 100 W. Center Street, Kyle, TX 78640, for the purpose of discussing the following agenda.

 

NOTE: There may be a quorum of the City Council of Kyle, Texas present at the meeting who may participate in the discussion. No official action will be taken by the City Council members in attendance.

Builder's First Source - Final Plat (SUB-23-0294) 14.422 acres; 1 commercial lot located along the southwestern intersection of CR 208 and IH-35.

 

Staff Proposal to P&Z: Approve the Final Plat.

B.

Kyle Dentist - Site Plan (SD-22-0167) 0.672 acres; 1 lot located at 400 Wetzel.

 

Staff Proposal to P&Z: Approve the Site Plan.

5.Consider and Possible Action
A.

Consider a request by Brett Corwin of Intermandeco GP, LLC to remove trees associated with the Paramount Section 4 subdivision plans.
