Staff Proposal to P&Z:  Approve the Final Plat.

  • Restaurant 7 – Lot 13 (1,950 Sq. Ft.)

  • Restaurant 16/Retail 2 - Lot 4 (3,550 Sq. Ft./ 7,650 Sq. Ft.)

  • Retail 11/Retail 9 – Lot 6 (5,000 Sq. Ft./10,000 Sq. Ft.)

  • Office 1 – Lot 7 (3,500 Sq. Ft.)

  • Multifamily – Lot 23 (324,900 Sq. Ft./29,536 Sq. Ft. per building, 11 Buildings).
