Knight Security Systems is a preferred vendor for Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), and this scope of work is using DIR-TSO-3430 to meet the city's and state's purchasing regulations and guidelines.
The system will be installed in and around the Municipal Court/Utility Billing area and will be using court funds for this purchase order and annual agreements costs. This initial scope of service includes the access control system to all the secured doors in Kyle City Hall. The system is expandable to one day include the rest of City Hall and eventually all the city buildings. The service maintenance and server lease agreements for five years and the annual cost of maintenance agreement ($701.04/annual) and server lease agreement ($268/month) would need to be included in future budgets. |
