A request has been made to create a "No Parking Zone" and placement of NO PARKING signs on Lox between East RR 150 and Stennis in the Post Oak subdivision.
Vehicles are parked during school hours along Lox and disrupt the flow of traffic causing an unsafe condition for passing vehicles. The sight distance entering and leaving the intersection is also limited by the parked vehicles.
City staff recommends approval of the subject ordinance due to the safety concerns. |
