This supplement includes additional charges for project management due to the delay in starting the project. Additionally, several issues arose during the acquisition of right of way that required the consultant to assist the City with the development of exhibits, letters, and attending meetings with landowners and utility providers in order to provide information necessary for the acquisition of the properties.
This supplement also includes a reduction in the number of meetings the consultant will need to attend during the construction phase.
