A final walkthrough was completed on April 19, 2017. The punch list items have been completed on the project. The street, drainage and wastewater improvements have been constructed in substantial accordance with the City’s requirements. Record drawings have been provided to the City.
A Maintenance Bond (The Hanover Insurance Company – Bond No. 1060755) in the amount of $798,329.21 has been provided for a period of two (2) years.
