This change order is for the installation of various devices at the lift stations and the wastewater treatment plant to provide signal input to the SCADA panels to allow all of the specified functions to be monitored. This proposed change order includes the devices specified in Field Order No.1 and already installed, including 6 pressure transducers, 12 current transformers (CTs) and 6 low level switches which were not existing at the lift stations. Additionally, 2 pressure transducers, 12 CTs and 2 low level switches are required at the wastewater plant. The change order covers the installation and connection to SCADA of all of these devices.
The change order is 19% of the contract amount. Also requested is 60 days additional contract time to cover the time required to supply and install these devices.
