• Public Hearing

On May 6, 2017, the City Council approved a Resolution accepting a petition to create the Blanco River Ranch Public Improvement District with property boundaries partially in the city limits and partially in the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction and calling for a public hearing.

Pursuant to Local Government Code Section 372.009(c) and (d) (the “PID Act”), the City Council will hold a public hearing to accept public comments and discuss the petition (the “Petition”) filed by Blanco River Ranch Properties, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, (the “Petitioner”) requesting that the City of Kyle (“the “City”) create a public improvement district called the Blanco River Ranch Public Improvement District (the “District” or “PID”) to include property owned by the Petitioner.
