Approve conveyance by Daniel H. Ortuno of a wastewater line easement to the City of Kyle, Hays County, Texas, being more particularly described as a fifteen foot (15') wide permanent wastewater line easement containing 0.11 acres, more or less, out of a 0.338 acre tract of land conveyed to Daniel H. Ortuno as recorded in Volume 3355, page 877, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |

As part of the Tenorio Addition Wastewater System Rehabilitation, Phase One B project, a 15' wastewater line easement was dedicated for the construction of an 8" wastewater line in order to relocate one existing service, provide wastewater service to two existing lots and abandon 3 septic systems. |
