Three items are being added to the existing contract with Tri-State Coatings.
1.) The downtown elevated tank will be repainted with the same color scheme along with replacing the logo to both sides. Along with repairs to the interior coating of the tank, a safety climb cable will also be installed on the exterior ladder. This cost is $40,000.00.
2.) An additional logo was added on the FM 1626 Tank at a cost of $3,000.00.
3.) Seal gap between tank bottom plate and concrete ring foundation at a cost of $400.00.
