a. 100% Cost responsibility to Owner ($1,000 first + $500 /per section repaired)
b. City’s role limited to policing.

OPTION 3: CITY ASSISTS/ OWNER MAINTAINS RESPONSIBILITY
a. Cost allocation 100% Owner.
b. City gathers list of damaged sections and releases work task to concrete contractor once
enough are identified; or enough time has passed (Qtrly?)
c. Owner has opportunity to facilitate the repair to engineered specs prior to being responsible
to paying for city contractor.
d. Payment is collected from Owner; Owner’s section added to next rotation |
