Subject/Recommendation: |
(First Reading) An Ordinance amending Chapter 47, Article II of the Code of Ordinances, Traffic and Vehicles, of the City of Kyle so as to add Sections 47-76 to 47-87 to regulate the parking of vehicles near Lehman High School, specifically Brutus Drive, Onion Cove and Casper Cove during certain days and hours, and to establish regulations governing which vehicles are prohibited from parking and, establishing a penalty and setting an effective date. ~ Jeff Barnett, Chief of Police |
