During development of the project, changes have been requested by the City.
PEC has revised their illumination standards thus necessitating the need for the project plans to be revised. This includes the type of pole, foundation and electrical service.
It has been determined the box culverts that were removed from the Goforth Rd. project at the tributary to Plum Creek are sound and can be reused. Impacts to the environment, roadway profile and hydraulic design were evaluated.
The consultant advised the City's force mains were in conflict at certain locations with the proposed road improvements requiring the plans be revised to eliminate the conflicts. Additionally, the proposed wastewater line replacement on the south end of the project will need to be revised due to increases caused by projected development.
Updated plans, specifications and estimates will be prepared by the consultant. |
