As approved in the 2016-17 Budget, this equipment purchase is to maintain and develop the parks, trails and sports field in the public parks. The tractor’s attachments include: Tough-cut mower with swivel wheel kit; deluxe seat with arm-rest; digital slope gauge; dual wheel kit and dual field trax; ballfield renovator; 72” mower deck with mulching kit; trencher; 72” dozer blade; power blower; seed spreader; ball park groomer and brush kit; hydraulic top link and weight bar. The funds are from the Park Development Fund. C&M Air Cooled Engines is a preferred vendor with Texas Buy Board Purchase Coop (Contract #447-14) and their quote is through Buy Board Coop. Quote is attached to agenda back up material. |
