(First Reading) An Ordinance amending Chapter 50 “Utilities”, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Kyle, Texas, by the addition of Article X, “Storm Drainage and Flood Risk Mitigation” to establish a municipal drainage utility system; providing for drainage service, billing, exemptions, drainage charges and appeals; providing a severability clause, providing a savings clause; providing for a penalty not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per day per offense (or violation); and providing for an effective date. ~ Kathy Roecker, Stormwater Management Plan Administrator |
