Subject/Recommendation: |
Conduct a Public Hearing on the City's plans to issue General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016 in the approximate par amount of $8,370,000.00 in order to refund portions of its outstanding obligations including Certificates of Obligation, Series 2007 and Series 2008 and General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2009.
