The City entered into an Interlocal Agreement with Hays County July 19, 2022. Included in the agreement is a breakdown of the improvements and amenities that can be purchased from Bond Funds for the Plum Creek Trail Improvements including:
- 7 Miles of Multi-Purpose Concrete Trail
- Shaded “rest stops” along the trail
- Outdoor Public Restrooms
- Interactive Kiosks
- Trail Machinery
- Parking Access
- Interpretive Signage
- Exercise Equipment
- Emergency Call Stations
