Approve amended Change Order No. 9 to SKYBLUE UTILITIES, INC., Kingsland, Texas, to correct a typographical error in the not to exceed amount. This amendment corrects previous November 6th agenda item # 11, for the total contract not to exceed $6,905,724.30 for the Southside Wastewater Improvements Project and does not require any additional funds. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |
