Acceptance of Bunton Creek Phase 5 Subdivision

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Kyle, Texas accepting the Bunton Creek, Phase 5 subdivision improvements; finding and determining that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed was noticed and is open to the Public as required by law. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer

A final walkthrough was completed on November 2, 2017. The punch list items have been completed on the project.  The street, drainage and wastewater improvements have been constructed in substantial accordance with the City’s requirements.  Record drawings have been provided to the City.

A Maintenance Bond (The Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company – Bond No. PB03016800175) in the amount of $166,090.33 has been provided for a period of two (2) years.
