A final walkthrough was completed on May 21, 2018. The punchlist items have been completed on the project. The street, drainage, water and wastewater improvements have been completed in substantial accordance with the City's requirements. Record drawings have been provided to the City.
A Maintenance Bond has been provided for a period of two (2) years. |
