Approve Amendment No. 4 to LNV, INC., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $19,620.00, increasing the total contract amount not to exceed $282,874.00 for the purpose of providing additional acquisition services for the Southside Sewer and Related Projects (Elliott Branch Phase 1 Wastewater Interceptor Project). ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |

The scope of work included in this amendment is for additional acquisition services that were required for modifications to easement documents, metes and bounds descriptions and the associated surveying needed to complete the acquisition on five parcels.
Additional research was done to investigate the possible conflict with a telephone easement on one tract and for providing exhibits for several possible alignments on another tract.
Finally, a replat of one of the tracts is required in order to dedicate a portion of the property to the City since Scott St. is encroaching on the property. |
