Approve contract Task Order No. 4 to CP&Y, INC., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $24,664.00 for the purpose of providing engineering services for evaluating the proposed design plans for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |
Other Information: |
CP&Y, Inc. will be performing value engineering of the Burgess and Niple, Inc. (B&N) design of the Wastewater Treatment Plant rehabilitation and expansion. CP&Y will conduct a workshop with city staff and B&N staff; review all documents and data provided by city staff and B&N staff; prepare a value engineering report; and conduct a final workshop to present their findings and potential cost savings recommendations.
Recommendations provided by CP&Y, Inc. will be evaluated and, if appropriate, incorporated into the final set of design plans in order to reduce the cost.
