Approve Change Order No. 1 to VIKING CONSTRUCTION, INC., Georgetown, Texas, in an amount of $32,263.75 for a total contract amount not to exceed $501,019.02 for additional resurfacing as part of the 2017 Miscellaneous Streets Micro-Surfacing Project. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |
Other Information: |
Additional work is being requested for resurfacing Bluestem Street from Goforth Rd. to Goldenrod St. Additionally, the park road and parking spaces located in Gregg-Clarke Park will be resurfaced. The parking lot will also be restriped.
The original contract includes:
- Spring Branch Drive - Hogan to Burleson Street
- Lake Washington Drive - Goforth Road to Spillway Drive
- Indian Paintbrush Drive - Windy Hill Road to Dandelion Loop
- Kohler's Crossing - FM 1626 to Kyle Crossing
The change order will add the additional streets listed above. |
