Starlight Homes Texas, LLC (Starlight) is currently constructing the subdivision infrastructure for the Bunton Creek Reserve Phase 1 subdivision. A portion of the Bunton Creek Interceptor goes through the proposed roadway and the proposed detention ponds.
In order to prevent trenching through the newly constructed roadway and the detention ponds, the desire is to authorize Starlight, through their contractor, to construct a portion of the Bunton Creek Interceptor while they are constructing the rest of the subdivision infrastructure.
Approximately 465 lf of 36" wastewater line, 465 LF of 12" reclaimed water line, two manholes and related appurtenances (Option 4) will be constructed as part of this agreement. The contractor's construction estimate is $145,380.00.
Reimbursement will be provided when the Bunton Creek Reserve Phase 1 subdivision improvements are completed and accepted by the City Council. |
