Approve conveyance by Hays Consolidated Independent School District of a wastewater easement to the City of Kyle, Hays County, Texas, containing 0.17 acres, more or less, being 15 feet in width out of the Jesse Day Survey, Abstract No. 152: Hays County, Texas and being part of that certain 21.27 acre tract of land deeded to Hays Consolidated Independent School District (Hays C.I.S.D.) as recorded in Volume 636, Page 784 of the official public records of Hays County, Texas. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |
