The first year cost in the amount of $41,488.04 to be incurred for WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS modeling software is for the perpetual user license fee ($33,414.50) and year #1 subscription fee ($8,073.54). In year #2 and beyond, the City will be required to pay an annual subscription fee for the use of the water and wastewater system modeling software. |
