A final walkthrough was completed on September 20, 2016 and November 11, 2016. The punch list items have been completed on the project. The street, drainage, water and wastewater improvements have been constructed in substantial accordance with the City’s requirements. Record drawings have been provided to the City.
A Maintenance Bond (Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company – Bond No. MNT9223678) has been provided for a period of two (2) years in the amount of $1,006,283.08.
