Approve conveyance by Salvador M. Yzaguirre, acting by Debora Y. DiFiore, Attorney-in-Fact, and spouse, Lucille C. Yzaguirre of a portion of Lot E, Blas M. Tenorio Subdivision, to the City of Kyle, Hays County, Texas, being more particularly described as 0.059 of an acre out of Lot E, Blas M. Tenorio Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Book 1, page 69, Hays County Plat Records, as conveyed to Salvador Yzaguirre by deed recorded Volume 350, page 199, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |
Other Information: |
The intersection at West Hays St. and Zapata St. has been occupied as a public street for many years. The road has occupied an area of approximately 50' x 50' and was actually a portion of Lot E of the Blas M. Tenorio Subdivision. In an effort to clear up the property, Mr. Salvador Yzaguirre donated a portion of his property to the City of Kyle.
In return, the City provided the surveying services and recorded the deed. |
