Approve conveyance by Adriana E. Lira, Independent Administrator, Estate of Juan Francisco Lira, Deceased, of a drainage easement to the City of Kyle, Hays County, Texas, being more particularly described as 499 square feet, more or less, of land area being a portion of Tract "A", Blas Tenorio Subdivision, Hays County, Texas, recorded in Volume 1, page 69 of the Plat records of Hays County, Texas. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer |

This 10' easement was needed in order to provide an outlet for the storm runoff coming from Romero St. A concrete flume was constructed in the easement and allowed the storm runoff to continue downstream rather than ponding at the dead end of Romero St. |
