A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Kyle, Texas accepting the Hays Commerce Phase 1 and Phase 2A subdivision improvements; finding and determining that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed was noticed and is open to the Public as required by law. ~ Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer

Other Information:

A final walkthrough was completed on September 29, 2016.  The punch list items have been completed on the project.  The site, water, drainage, wastewater and street improvements have been constructed in substantial accordance with the City's requirements.  Record drawings have been provided to the City.

 

A Maintenance Bond (The Hanover Insurance Company - Bond No. 1049032) has been provided for a period of two years in the amount of $1,136,422.58)
