This is a request to amend an agreement with Neptune-Wilkinson Associates to add compensation for additional work that was done to prepare sketches for rerouting wastewater yard lines. Property owners are being asked to give permission to allow a city contractor to enter their property and perform the work required to reroute their existing service. This work was not identified in the original Task Order. However, we believe it has been beneficial to the project.
Twenty-seven (27) sketches identifying the route, address, legal description and records of property ownership were prepared. Property owners were able to review the information associated with their specific property and make revisions or corrections, as needed. |
