Authorize the City Manager to execute a 60-month lease with BIZDOC, INC., San Marcos, Texas, for a Kyocera 306ci photocopier for the City of Kyle Community Development Department, in the amount of $270.00 per month based on an average monthly volume of 10,000. ~ Howard Koontz, Director of Community Development

This contract will be issued through DIR contract pricing and is not subject to bidding procedures.
The monthly rental price of $270 includes 10,000 b/w copies and three tier billing on color copies.
Color rates:
- Up to 1.2% - $0.03
- 1.3% to 5.2% - $0.05
- 5.3% and up - $0.069
This copier will be shared by the Engineering, Economic Development, Building and Planning departments. |
