This is a culmination of over a years worth of negotiations and conversations between Walton Group, and the City of Kyle staff. To follow at a later council meeting will be a Tri-Party agreement between Kyle, Hays County, and Walton dealing with items related to the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of roads, right-of-ways, and easements.
